This is a software that lets you create and display signage. It will let management of signage effective.
This is an easy to use Free Digital Signage software that works on any Windows (2000, XP, Vista, 7) PC. There are two main aspects of such systems. One part is the authoring syb-system that lets you create multimedia content that can be played on the display monitors meant for showing off the content. The PC driving the content thus will have to be connected to TV or monitors. The software will display images, video, websites, custom messages and RSS feeds. This free digital signage system will let you manage the screen(s), content and the playlist settings. The interface wizards help. The interface is simple. The toolbar has icons that represent controls such as remote updates, templates, screen details, content setup, playlist set up, display logs and run display controls. The interface has three options displayed that are “create content to display”, “add content to playlist” and “start display of content”.
The software also allows you to upload and display custom content. These, like the content created on the system, could be images / video / commercial / infomercial that may have been obtained from some outside agencies. This is the path to be taken, should an outside party would like to advertise on your system. The images could be any one of JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG formats and the videos in SWF, WMV, AVI, MPG and MPEG formats. Some other useful features include single/split screens, scrolling banner feeds/tickers and dayparting. Dayparting being the facility of creating parts of a day when separate playlists could be scheduled. Playlists could be scheduled for a period of up to 6 months. Screen orientation can be specified as can be the screen size. This really is a flexible system of advertising, announcement system that could be useful in retail stores, bus, railway stations, airports, practically any kind of large shop and so on. It is very flexible and easy to use for the rightly skilled people.
